• Setup your own Hotspot quickly and simply. You only need a LinkSys WRT54GL or compatible router with a special firmware that is provided by us. The minute you connect your router to an existing internet connection, your Hotspot is ready to use! To operate you do not need a computer, nor any staff. • $0 setup fee, $0 monthly fee: We provide the software running on the router for free and we do not ask for monthly fee! We only ask for a commission from the end-user income. The majority of the income (at least 70%) stays with you. Our company only receives commission after the successful transactions.
• Hotspot Billing and Pre-Paid module included: Your guests can pay via credit cards and their access is granted automatically. Unlike other service providers you don't need to have your own merchant or PayPal account, and don't have to pay additional transfer fees. We charge the users then transfer your money to you. You can also offer prepaid cards which your guests can buy for cash at the Hotspot location.
• Your Own Pricing, Access Management: You can set the validity time period, bandwidth and traffic limits of each access packages. You can also set your prices in your desired currency and your customers will be charged in this currency. We can handle almost all currencies in the world! • Centralized management with multi-location support. You can add unlimited Hotspot locations and manage them with one Operator account.

• Sales analyzis. You can create powerful purchase reports, so specific analysis can be concluded on successful sales during a give period of time, or by a HotSpot location, or by the means of payment in division of a day, month or a year.

• Charts. Charts can be extremely useful to analyze the productivity of your hotspot(s). All charts can be filtered by date and by location. Currently you can generate 10 different charts, including the country of registered users, payment methods used in your hotspot(s), income by locations so you can see your top-earning location, etc.

After connecting to your open network, your guests enter his favorite web address to the browser and the browser automatically transfers them to the start page of the Hotspot. Then they have to choose from the access packages, defined by you.

The guests will not be able to access the internet until the price of the package is not paid either by credit card or by purchasing a Pre-Paid card (It is up to the location if it sells Pre-Paid card or not).

If your guests choose to pay by credit card, then they will be transferred to a secure payment page (payments are done via WorldPay or/and PayPal), where they will be able to pay the price of the chosen package by a credit card or a PayPal account. Upon successful transactions, the access to the internet is granted immediately and your guests can use the internet as if they were at home, or in the office to browse, send e-mails, use Skype or anything else. If your guests have a Pre-Paid card, then they only have to enter the code that is written on the card. This code grant them  access for a period of time. Upon activation the internet can be accessed immediately. (FAQ: How can I sell Pre-Paid cards at a location?)

The operator decides what packages would like to offer, including the length and price of the accesses, the bandwidth and traffic limits. The operator can even set the currency of the location and determine the prices in that currency.

According to the business model of HotSpotSystem.com's HOTSPOT PRO™ solution, our service has no monthly fee, our company receives a share from the income generated by the end users. Thus there is practically no risk. The commission received by us depends on the traffic of a given Hotspot location. The major part of the income (minimum of 70%) will stay at the operator even if the turnover reaches only the lowest level of  income.

All transactions are made via our system, thus all incomes from the credit card transactions arrive to us. Then we pay out our operators monthly supposing they reach the minimum payout level. (FAQ: When and how do i get paid?)

If a Hotspot location buys Pre-Paid cards, then it will be paid for us in advance. For example: If a location sell a 1-hour access for $5 then the Pre-Paid card will cost $1.50 based upon the 70-30% devision. This purchase has to be made in advance via our on-line shop.

The system of HotSpotSystem.com works with a special software that is running on the Wi-Fi router itself. Upon granting and authorization of the access the software communicates with a high performance RADIUS SERVER, that is also operated by HotSpotSystem.com. This server is responding, whether a given user if authorized to use the internet and if yes for how long and whether it has bandwidth or traffic limits.

Apart from that, a web based Operator Area is also working, where the operator can get real time statistics about the granted accesses, manage the access packages associated with the given location and can receive analysis about the sales generated.
